# Controlling who can see the Vynix widget

You decide who can open the Vynix toolbar on your site, from your whole team to a small group of reviewers, so feedback comes from the right people.

-   Open your project settings in Vynix.
-   Invite the teammates or clients who should be able to leave feedback, and set their role.
-   Use read-only or reviewer access for people who should see feedback but not manage the project.
-   Share a project link with reviewers so they can join without extra setup.
-   Remove access at any time when a review round or a project ends.

Access is tied to the people you invite rather than to anyone who happens to land on the page, so installing the script does not expose your feedback tools to the public. This matters most on production sites, where you want real users browsing normally and only your team or invited clients leaving notes.

Roles let you separate the people who triage and manage feedback from the people who only need to report it. A client can leave clear, contextual notes without seeing your internal workflow, and your team keeps control of the project.

For agency work, a common pattern is to invite the client as a reviewer for the length of a project, collect their feedback in one place, and remove access once the work ships. Everything they reported stays in the project for your records.
