# Using review rounds to group feedback into fixes

Review rounds group a batch of feedback into a single pass, so a stack of individual notes becomes a short, organised list of fixes.

-   Start a review round in your Vynix project before a review session.
-   Ask your team or client to leave their notes as they go through the site.
-   Let Vynix collect the notes from that session into the round.
-   Review the grouped feedback together and let Vynix cluster related notes into a shorter list of fixes.
-   Work through the list, and close the round when the fixes are done.

Feedback usually arrives in bursts. A client reviews a staging site and leaves fifteen notes in an hour; a QA pass turns up a dozen issues before a release. Handling those one at a time is noisy. A review round keeps the whole batch together so you can see the shape of the work instead of a scattered inbox.

Grouping related notes also cuts duplicate work. When three people flag the same broken element, clustering them into one fix means you address it once and mark all three resolved, rather than fixing the same thing three times.

Rounds give you a natural record of each review cycle. When a project has several rounds of client feedback, you can look back at what was raised and resolved in each one, which helps with sign-off and keeps everyone aligned.
