The Vynix badge
Add a small badge to your site, README or docs to show you collect feedback with Vynix. It links back to us, and it looks good.
HTML
<a href="https://www.vynix.in" title="Bug reporting and visual feedback by Vynix">
<img src="https://www.vynix.in/resources/badge.svg" alt="Powered by Vynix" width="168" height="32" />
</a>
Markdown
[](https://www.vynix.in)
Why add it
If Vynix helps your team, the badge is a simple way to say so. It is the same idea as the badges you see for other developer tools. There is no tracking in the badge image beyond a normal request for the file.
Where to put it
Good places for the badge are the footer of your site, the README of an open source project, the about page of a product, or the credits section of a template or theme. Anywhere that already lists the tools you build with is a natural fit. On a README, use the Markdown version so it renders on GitHub, GitLab and most documentation sites.
Good practice
- Keep the link visible to people, not hidden in a corner with tiny text.
- Use the badge only on sites that genuinely use Vynix. An honest link is worth far more than a forced one.
- Do not stuff the same link across dozens of low quality pages. One clear, relevant link from each real site is the right amount.
Questions
Does the badge slow my page down?
No. It is a small SVG image, a few hundred bytes, and it loads like any other image.
Can I change the size or style?
Yes. The badge is a plain SVG, so you can set the width and height in the embed code. If you want a different look for a dark or light background, email hello@vynix.in and we can help.
