Questions about pricing
How does per-seat pricing work?
Paid plans are billed per seat. At checkout you choose how many seats you need, and the charge is the per-seat price multiplied by your seat count for the billing cycle you pick. A seat maps to a teammate with access.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Pro and Business both include a 14-day free trial. Start it from your dashboard with no charge, add a payment method whenever you are ready, and keep full access during the trial.
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Annual billing charges ten months per seat instead of twelve, so you get about two months free versus paying monthly across a year.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the billing page at any time. When you cancel, paid access continues until the end of your current period and then drops to Free.
Do you offer coupons?
We run launch and partner promotions from time to time. If you have a coupon code, apply it on the checkout screen and the discount is reflected before you pay.
How does AI work, and what are AI credits?
AI Diagnosis and other AI features are included on paid plans — no setup or API key needed. Each plan comes with a monthly pool of AI credits (500 on Pro, 2,500 on Business) that covers normal usage. If you ever need more, you can purchase additional credits any time. Prefer to use your own provider? Bring your own key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini and more) on any plan, including Free, and your provider bills you directly.
